Several printers located at the Department of Physics are managed by us.

The printers in our environment are mostly integrated in a network wide spooling system. We support several ways to print out your documents:

• Printing with SMB (Windows)
• Printing with CUPS (MacOS X) (preferred when you need several printers)
• Printing with LPD (MacOS X) (preferred when you need only a few printers)
• Printing with CUPS (Linux, BSD, UNIX)
• Printing with LPR (Linux, BSD, UNIX)
• Printing with SMB (Linux, BSD, UNIX)
• Mobile printing via web upload or email
