Mac Workstations

We provide fully managed MacOS X 10.6 workstations that come preconfigured with several applications. Users can log in with their D-PHYS account and have their home directory mounted as a portable home.

The installation is based on a NetInstall image, which can be installed over network onto our clients. We use munki to install software packages and deploy updates. Most maintenance tasks are run during the night.
